Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your 50 Sikz pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

7-Day Exchange

You can exchange any unworn, unwashed item with original tags within 7 days of delivery — most commonly for a different size.

Conditions

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
• Items bought on final-sale or clearance are not eligible.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact us at +880 1700-000000 or hello@50sikz.com with your order number.
2. Tell us the item and the size/color you'd like instead.
3. We'll arrange pickup or ask you to ship it to our address.

Refunds

As most orders are Cash on Delivery, we primarily offer exchanges. For prepaid (bKash/Nagad) orders, eligible refunds are processed to your original payment number within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it at no extra cost.
